    Dump the TCRD window with xwd
    <li>
    Crop and convert to gif using <a href=http://www.gimp.org>gimp</a>
    <ul>
	<li>Do Tools->Crop to get a general crop
	<li>Image->Transforms->Autocrop
	<lI>Image->Indexed, choose black/white
	<li>File->Save As "file_struct.gif"
    </ul>
